About Authentique Leadership

Séverine Flores is the founder and principal consultant for Authentique Leadership.

As a certified leadership coach and organizational development practitioner, she is committed to providing a safe space for executives to reflect on how their actions impact others, develop self-awareness, clarify their values and set realistic objectives and priorities.

Prior to becoming a leadership coach, Séverine managed development programs and large-scale communications initiatives for humanitarian and international development agencies, the United Nations and Government institutions (among which USAID, DFID, EU).

Séverine has lived and worked in Sudan, Burundi, DR Congo, Ghana, Malawi, the United Kingdom, United States, France and Switzerland. She brings over 20 years of cross-cultural experience of helping organizations that are going through complex transitions. She particularly enjoys facilitating strategic conversations and helping multi-cultural teams develop and implement a shared vision.

Séverine holds a Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University, a Certification in Organizational Development from the NTL Institute in Virginia, and a BA in English, German, International Commerce & Marketing from the University of Limoges, France. She is certified to administer the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) personality assessment tool.
